Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is inedible or arrives in a visibly compromised condition. In such cases, we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement upon verification.

 

What is considered inedible or compromised?

Inedible objects found in the food (e.g., plastic, metal)

Spoiled or rotten food

Leaking or damaged packaging

 

How to request a refund or replacement ?

If you receive an inedible or compromised food item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of the inedible item or damaged packaging along with your order details.

We will review your request and issue a full refund or replacement as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements if the request is made outside the 24-hour window or if the evidence provided is insufficient.

For Supper Club​

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. However, to ensure fair practices for all, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy:

 

70% refund:

If you cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the event start time.
 

50% refund:

If you cancel your reservation between 72 and 48 hours before the event start time.

 

20% refund:

If you cancel your reservation between 48 and 24 hours before the event start time.

 

No refund:

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or no-shows.

 

Please note that these policies apply to all Supper Club brunches and dinners. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
