Pranshu's personal journey is at the heart of Soul with a Sole. In 2018, he embarked on a transformative path, overcoming health challenges and embracing a holistic approach to wellness through food. Pranshu’s curiosity turned into passion, and over the years he grew into a veritable culinary maestro of plant-based living. The transformation of his health and life are testament to the power of food made by hands with love for the world.

why veganISM
My journey into veganism began as a plea for compassion towards animals and a rejection of the factory farming culture. Inspired by the movie "Eating Animals" and the book it was based on, I embraced veganism with a heart full of empathy and inclusivity.
As a foodie, this leap was never easy, I faltered, restarted and finally found my calling. Fast forward to today, and I'm not just thriving – I'm creating! From chocolates to creamy plant-based milks and cheeses, my kitchen has become a playground for vegan innovation.
What started as a compassionate choice soon transformed my life in ways I had never imagined. I shed 70 kilograms in just 6-7 months and witnessed a remarkable improvement in my health. Issues like migraines, psoriasis, and syncope, which once plagued me, became rare occurrences.
However, my journey with veganism went beyond physical health. It deepened my sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding. Veganism recharged my energy and aura, propelling me towards a lifestyle of effective action and proactiveness.
For me, being vegan is not about making others feel bad about their food choices but about creating experiences that foster empathy and compassion. I believe in showcasing that food is more than just sustenance; it's a reflection of our values and beliefs. Soul with a Sole aims to inspire people to realize the importance of compassion and empathy, for all beings and celebrating the richness of life.
